A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5025 AS INTRODUCED 8-13-03
The bill would amend the Freedom of Information Act to exclude from the fee assessed by a public body the cost for separating exempt and nonexempt information if it was possible for the public body to keep the information separated when the document was created or subsequently modified.
