Proposed MCL 18.1224 - Legislative Analyst: George Towne
FISCAL IMPACT
The Department of Consumer and Industry Services previously operated 900 phone lines regarding regulated occupations. The last line was terminated in January 2003. Therefore, there would be no reduction in revenue to the State resulting from this bill. The bill would prohibit the State from generating revenue through this method in the future.
