                                                                             A bill to repeal 1927 LA 9, entitled                                              

"An act to prohibit hunting on Sunday in the county of Washtenaw            

and to prescribe penalties for the violation thereof.".                     

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1         Enacting section 1.  1927 LA 9 is repealed.

    [Enacting section 2. This act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 4599 of the 92nd Legislature is enacted into law.]
